In this dialogue-retreat, we brought together a group of spiritual elders with spiritual leaders of the next generation to dialogue on the topic of ‘spiritual formation,’ discerning key aspects of spiritual development and looking at how spiritual structures influence the maturation and development of spiritual aspirants. This dialogue was the first in a four-part Wisdom Council series, which serves as a basis for the development of our interspiritual formation process.
