Our Story
Charis Foundation for New Monasticism & Interspirituality was founded in 2015 by Rory McEntee, Netanel Miles-Yepez, and Adam Bucko, following a personal retreat on New Monasticism and Interspirituality at St. Benedict’s Monastery in Snowmass, Colorado, with Father Thomas Keating.

In 2016, Adam began a path to ordination as an Episcopal priest and now leads the Community of the Incarnation, a new monastic community in New York. That same year, seeing a deep need for practice and community-connections, Rory and Netanel began to develop the foundation in the direction of interspiritual dialogue, community-building, and contemplative practice.
